My Journey to PR – And Why I Started This Business.
After spending 20 years on Employment Passes (EP), I finally secured my Permanent Residency (PR) here in Singapore. I know firsthand the uncertainty that comes with being on an EP—wondering what the future holds, navigating policy changes, and feeling like your status is never fully in your control.
With the evolving EP landscape, the process has only become more complex. When I decided to apply for PR, I chose to engage an agency. I didn’t want to risk losing time with a rejected application—I wanted guidance, answers to my questions, and the confidence that my application was as strong as possible. While the agency helped me secure PR, I couldn’t shake the feeling that the experience could have been better. That realization led me here. Before this, my career was in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, where my greatest motivation was seeing people succeed in roles that transformed their lives.
